Eat Less Of This And Live More – A Lot More!
Eating flesh foods has been part of my life since my earliest days.
I live with a staunch carnivore.
I went vegetarian and vegan for a few months during my cleansing journey. I felt incredible and my body and mind were clean, pain free and strong.
I tried vegan sausages and meat replacements, while I was transitioning away from daily portions of processed flesh foods, but I didn’t stay with these products for long as I quickly moved to real, whole, unprocessed foods.
I’m not a vegetarian or a vegan but I am very aware of the animal foods that I consume and choose wisely.
I eat eggs, fish, red and white meats. I
eat small amounts and only a couple of times a week.
Where possible I choose free range, wild, organic, humane and sustainable providers.
I found this episode of Oprah to be very balanced in it’s approach to the topic, provided useful tips and real life examples that may help you to make a decision about the type and amount of flesh foods you consume.
