
Disconnect to Reconnect
Walking barefoot along the beach in the early morning to ground myself with the earth’s vibrations,
salt spray on my face to remind me that I am at the ocean,
sound of waves crashing onto the shore filling my ears with the sound of untamed nature,
green smoothie to refresh my insides after a late night celebrating with framily,
stretching and aligning my physicality to be ready for a day of play.
Disconnecting from the processed world for a few hours and reconnecting with that part of myself that yearns for a natural rhythm, a natural flow, a deeper connection with that power that is within and without me.
It is times like this that I listen deeply to my inner voice and pay head to its messages.
Now is the time to be a human being and not a human doing for just a little while.
