How high do you want to fly today #MindSetMonday

Hooray it’s Monday and it’s time to kick off the week with a positive question to fire up your mind cells.

“Your level of gratitude affects your attitude. Your attitude affects your altitude. How high do you want to fly today?”

Don’t over think it but do ask yourself how high you want to fly today?
There is no right or wrong answer to the question.
It’s no body else’s business but your own. Your life and your level of success is your business so get to work on it.
Simply choose and then take persistent, consistent action this week to practice the skill of gratitude.

And an attitude of gratitude doesn’t come naturally to most of us. The world is one crazy, busy, often confusing place and one in which we are bombarded with messages that distract us from what is going well in our world.
To compensate for this onslaught of negativity and lack, we need to diligently practice and train our brains to search out and amplify what is good, abundant, beneficial, uplifting, beautiful, joyful in our experience.
Or don’t.
It really is up to you. You are in control of what you focus on and what you experience within the privacy of your mind.
Gratitude is a skill, a mental habit that needs practice and time to master, and if you believe that your level of gratitude affects your attitude, your attitude affects your altitude – and you want to fly high today, then it’s worth taking a few moments each day to work to build your mental gratitude muscle now.With unlimited gratitude.
