A friend and I attended this workshop this morning.  Nicole van Hattem had everything set up incredibly well, the fresh ingredients looked really delicious and exciting. We went through the hand-out and learnt lots of new tips and ideas and the real health benefits starting your morning with a refreshing smoothie. We all took turns choosing ingredients to make a smoothie to share. If you would like a smoothie with a bit of ‘ooomph’, try my recipe ….. Fresh ginger, turmeric, fresh date, fresh coconut water and spinach – super delicious which Nicole dubbed ‘Rita’s Rippa’.
